First Post
I figured i would share what i go thought in training, class ans just life. I think that if i have this it may help me to stick to my plans better. I have my first sprint on Apr 27th the Sacramento Intl Tri and i am going big on June 15th in a HIM in Kansas. I dont know if any one will read this i dont know if i will keep up with it but it does not hurt to try.
